Question

Aslam o alaikum
I had mri scan of knee and show

There is hypertensity and thickening of the superpatellar pad of fat between the quadriceps tendon and lower femur suggesting degree of possible ongoing superpatellar fat impingement.

Please guide me what is it? 
Why is it??
and affects of this problem in future on my knee?

I don&acirc;&euro;&trade;t think so it will be a big issue in knee!! Take analgesics and you ll fine!! Tab tramal plus tab jovit and voltral emulgel ll do the job.

It may be some kind of arthritis and/or synovitis for which proper diagnosis should be established. And it all requires a physical examination along with your current medical record

Effect on joint is pain.
treatment for pain is Arthroscopic debridement.
