If you have not had your complete harmonal profile done better get it done before any sort of plan for surgery as most such cases have an underlying hormonal deficiency which if treated properly saves one from surgery. If hormonal status is normal the orthopedic procedures for height increase are quite difficult and prolonged for the patient to bear. Kindly consult an endocrinologist at Lahore for your hormonal assessment.

Salam. your age is 28, so harmonal treatment for increase in height are not going to work.
there is surgery to increase height, but it takes upto 6months or more to gradually lengthen the bones.
not an easy procedure. need real dedication from patients.

Yes it is possible but it all depends how dedicated and determined you are . Also it is a gradual process requiring your thorough attention and a detailed session prior to the decision. You cant do it over night . It involves application of an external device plus we break the relevant bone and lengthen it gradually with the help of that device and wait for the bone to heal. May take up to 6 months or even more. So, Consult an orthopedic Surgeon near you and decide accordingly. Hope it works out for you!

Yes, height can be increase @ 1" in a month
About 4-5" easily increased
Then about 3 month to solidify.
It means 4" in 7 months
