Talk to Orthopedic on Ankle Fracture

I had fractured my left ankle by falling from ramp, i was taken to ISM Hospital, where After X-Ray, Orthopedic prescribed surgery to insert patches, i was shocked to listen this, I excused them and went to Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Trauma Centre Karachi, where they did X-ray and prescribed Plaster (کچا پلستر) with following medicines: 1. Denzen DS 2. Bracsin 3. QulSium-D. I am uploading X-Ray film, please suggest me is the prescribed treatment best for me?
