Severe Lower Back & Hip Pain – Need Medical Advice!
I have been experiencing intense pain in my lower back, right hip, and leg for the past few days. The pain started two days ago, and it's getting worse. I can’t sit, stand, or even lie down properly.
Here are my symptoms:
Severe pain in my lower back, right hip, and right leg
Dizziness & weakness (I even fell twice due to sudden dizziness)
Painkillers (Panadol) aren’t helping much
Chronic discomfort while walking or changing positions
I initially thought it was due to menstruation, but this level of pain is unusual for me.
Can this be sciatica or nerve compression? What should I do next? Please guide me

there is no numbness. It gets worse when I sit, lie down, or stand for too long. Please guide me further.

this is sciatica pain there will be disc buldge or stenosis in your lower spine.. we have very effective medicine that will help to improve pain and later on help the degenerative changes in lower spine..

MRI krwaya hai all ok hai But Mild Disc Bludges hai or Blood tests ki report bhi thk nhi hai Uric acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 Etc bht kch low hai
