Talk to Pediatric Dentist on Toothache In Child

I have a mute 5 yr autistic daughter…She has tooth pain and whenever she feels pain she reacts very strongly wont eat sleep properly.If i take her to a dentist she will not be able to understand-plz recommend some good pain relief medication so she can function in her already dysfunctional life.She is already taking brufen which helps but she is so much like this even if she gets lice she cries and cries.
