Talk to Pediatric Gastroenterologist on Loose Motion

Hi, I am in saudia for umrah. My son is 2.5 years old and since two days he is suffering from loose motion. Yesterday he had 4 and today he had 7. I have bought flagyl and smecta from Pakistan. I have given two doses of flagyl and one packet of probiotic in juice to him. He also has flu. What should I do now? Which medicines should I give to him? He seems to have stomach pain too. Thanks!
