Asking For Someone else, Son, Male, 2 Years old, Quetta, Balochistan

My Son age 2.6 year feeling abdominal pain initially diagnosed with Mesenteric Lymphadenitis through ultrasound and then taken to a paediatrician where he prescribed Ceftriaxone Sodium 500mg iv inj for 10 days BD. After 10 days of medication another ultrasound image taken with finding of Cholelithiasis. All reports are attached here. Need suggestions from paediatric surgeons.

Thanks Sir after next day another ultrasound was repeated from an experienced Radiologist.

In recent ultrasound examination the radiologist remarked: (Tumefactive sludge noted in gallbladder. Advised to repeat ultrasound after 10 weeks to confirm
cholelithiasis.)
