Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Cerebral Palsy

Assalamu alaikum my daughter is 4 years old but she can't sit stand can't eat by herself and also have no speech because of not crying during birth time she is having fits also I am doing her treatment from neurologist but can't see any improvement she's crying all day and night is their any treatment for her proper health kindly give guidance.. thanks
