Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Migraine, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Sleeplessness.

I have migraine 2 years ago but now some symptoms i found continuously in my body like one side swaer headache brain fog um or blur vision chakar ana vomiting feel or also my jaw paining so much now also my ear i hate light now I mostly spend my day in darkness with less noise I'm taking a medicine (maxit) and some others but literally I'm not feeling any change but even feel worse. Also when i lay down at night it took me 3 or sometimes even 6 hours to go to sleep but not for too long i wake up just suddenly with some bad dream always and i literally go through sleep paralysis sometimes..... I don't what's happening to me..
