my child 2 months having cholydochal cyst, but doctor's not recognize which type of problem he has. here I attached MRCP report. Can any Doctor tell me that which type of cholydochal cyst is that.
From MRCP films it is choledochal cyst type1. Definite treatment is Surgery. But before that I would like to see Liver function tests and report of MRCP from a qualified radiologist.

Type 1 fusiform CDC, if symptomatic Hep.juj will be the treatment option.
type 1 c.c with intra-hepatic dilatation due to back pressure. this can also be type IV.
a doubtful are of contrast accumulation parallel to gall bladder may be congenital gall bladder anomaly (bifid or duplicated). these all are my impression from MRCP but need to be confirmed by paediatric radiologist.
This is type 1 cholidochal cyst in which there is fusiform Dilatation of common bile duct.
