Our maids daughter is having cyst on her wrist ( pic attached ) for which dr recommended surgery.. I request relevant dr to provide the cost of this surgery at your hospital and give us appointment .. we visited xyz hospital but they are charging v high plus we are not satisfied with that hospital

it's very difficult to answer this question without proper history and examination. it could be ganglion. but needs proper examination

About your concern. Ultrasound findings and diagnosis mentioned on paper are not matching. Cystic swelling is not considered lipoma.
Send photos of patient wrist.
Pediatric surgeon manages usually abdomen not wrist. Better to take advise from orthopedic surgeon.
