Dr Said fat didn’t absorb because of ibs if you take thn it’s not absorb or diarrhoea soo avoid it , but I getting married in 3 months I lost almost my breast and body fat , soo want som supplement which increase my body fat and breast fat , because via food intestine not absorb that’s why going to take supplements

There are two options a) breast implant. b) fat grafting ( if u have enough abdominal fat). But u first need to get ur cyst and fibroadenoma operated.
it will be better if you came in and had a complete examination. there are lots of options to increase breast size. fat grafting, implants.

seems like you have a couple of cysts in your left breast as well as what looks like a fibroadenoma. also you want breast enlargement.
you need to have the cysts and fibroadenoma removed first, sample biopsy and once your wounds have healed then a second surgery can be done for breast enlargement.
there are couple of options when it comes to breast enlargement. 1st is using your own fat from your tummy and thighs to enlarge your breasts(but it depends on ur BMI). 2nd options is prosthesis i.e silicon breast implants
