Please understand that 34, 36 is your chest rib cage size. This cannot be changed unless you gain wait. The cup size can be changed from 0 to A,B,C,D with breast implants. The size of implants are chosen according to some factors which can be assessed by examination and measurement. Larger the implants bigger the jump is achieved.
