After my marriage everything changed (my in laws..my hasband...) Saddenly they start abusing me about my parents.....no matter what I do everything..... house tasks ....cooking every possible thing which necessary .....but they not happy with me end of the day abusing..... because of that ......I become overthinking person.... always busy in thinking ... weather it's going well or doing this is so wrong.... when ever my husband come to house I started thinking he should take my side......but he always took bottom line.... cleared him self ....now I'm thinking like my husband no more love me ...I become use less ..... extra extra.......... Please guide me what to do

dear , one thing u have to remember n stand by is that " nobody in this world can make u sad unless u allow them" . . . . . . i admit , being in your situation is difficult rather very difficult . . . . . .. leaving one's parents n entering into a whole new family is quite stressful in itself n if they are the kind of people who criticise u on everything then it becomes even harder . . . . . but believe me u can ho through these hardships without harming your mind n soul . . . . .
. . . difficult circumstsnces change our personality ( the problem u r facing ) . . . . . u r not mentally sick . . . . . . u just need sone guidance of coping with these difficulties so that no matter how critical your in-laws are . . . . . . . u can still b happy person who is self-fulfilled n self-satisfied . . . . . . . cognitive behavioural therapy can help in this situation . ... . it is the kind of therapy in which u talk to a therapist n learn coping skills . .it doesnt involve any medication CBT is a lengthy n
time consuming n can not b done here. u have to see a therapist n attend some regular sessions (usually 8 to 10 sessions r required) . . . . . it will help a lot INSHA ALLAH . . . .. n dont worry u r not alone . we see a lot of patients with problemsclike these n most of them do get better with therapy

don't think you r alon in this world who is facing this kind of circumstances , thousands of girls r getting through from this abusive situation , don't think u r mentally sick ,u didn't write here , how many children do u have , how long you got married , was it arranged , being a Muslim keep seeking from Allah's help , recite" innallaha ma as'sabereen" ,(this tasbeeh will keep u calm n stress free in any stressful situation ) offer namaz 5 time's (Hope u r already offered) , if it's possible for you , see a therapist , attend some regular sessions ,it will also help you ..
