Salam I am married women and have a little 5 month old baby. I had a complicated pregnancy and delivery and I feel like I am having postpartum depression now. During pregnancy I started having half head headaches. Those headaches have became severe now with 2-3 episodes everyday. I am also suffering from extreme mood swings and anger attacks. I try to keep my anger with myself which consumes my mental peace alot. Moreover I have very depressive thoughts that I am not a good wife or a mother. Even though I am over possessive about my husband and my baby. Sometimes I think about running away from everything and disappear or kill myself. I used to pray 5 times a day and now I cant pray. I feel blank if I pray. I can’t sleep properly. I can’t explain all this properly. Plz help me
