Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on ABPA/ Chest Spots/ Old Scares

Assalamualaikum Doctors,
Mujhe 4 saal pehle ABPA diagnose hua tha aur maine Montelukast, Fomiget Inhaler, Itraconazole aur Prednisolone use ki thi. Treatment ke baad meri condition improve ho gayi thi.
Recently UAE medical screening mein chest X-ray par lung spots/scars nazar aaye. TB ke tests, including sputum test, negative aaye aur TB diagnose nahi hui.
Kya yeh scars/spots permanent rahy ga? Aur kya koi treatment hai jo in spots ko reduce kar sake? Mujhe en Sacres reduce/ remove Karna han please give honestly advise and prescription.

If bronchiectasis develops, it may remain the same on HRCT even if you don\'t have symptoms, or no lab results come back positive

Kyunkay aap ke TB ke tamam tests, including sputum test, negative aaye hain, is liye active TB ka imkaan kam lagta hai. Behtar tashkhees ke liye kisi Pulmonologist se mashwara karke HRCT karwana munasib hoga, kyun ke yeh lungs ki detail batata hai.
