Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on ABPA/ Chest Spots/ Old TB Scares

Dear Doctor, I was diagnosed with ABPA 4 years ago and was treated with: Montelukast 10 mg Fomiget 400/12 mcg inhaler Itraconazole 100 mg Repricort (Prednisolone)

My symptoms improved after treatment. Recently, during UAE medical screening, chest X-ray showed persistent lung spots. TB investigations, including sputum tests, were performed and TB was not diagnosed. However, the medical report mentions old TB-like scars/spots. My questions are: Can ABPA cause permanent chest X-ray scars/spots? Can these spots be removed completely with treatment? How long does it usually take for such spots to clear?
