Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Asthma / Fainting / Pneumonia

asalam o alaikum my daughter is 2 and half years old. She turned blue after few hours of birth. Then she fainted suddenly when she was 16 months old in September and this happened again in March and now when she woke up she was not able to speak although she started to speak after some time. Then we took her to Dr and he diagnosed pneumonia and then visited another one. He said asthma. We are clueless whats the issue? Why does this happen after every 6 7 months. Need advice thanks alot.
