First of all asthma is a control able disease; so you need to continue the medicine to control symptoms. Second of all asthma medicine is increased according to symptoms. Third of all there can be other complications which are needed to rule out. So you can visit for further management.

If Asthma is not controlled with inhalers then further assessment is needed to find out the reason why it is not controlled. This includes detailed history, examination and some tests for which it would be best to consult a Pulmonologist.
