I used to live in Italy and have asthma since childhood but not for a long time like maximum days n weeks but now this time I got breathing issue for continuously 2 months still now i got appointment with a lung specialist and using the medicines from 3 days litterly the condition is not getting better and I use the nexhaler ( powdered) all of it goes to my tongue I'm having so much chest tightness pls help anyone

if you are having problem using your inhaler device then it would be better to change to a different device as the medicine needs to reach inside the lung to be effective.
