This is my sisters case with HRCT report Age 36/F History: Multiple times Pneumonia in childhood till school Dust and pollen Allergies Cough after corona and pneumonia Persistent cough from last 1 or 2 years Joints pain from 1 to 2 year Recived asthma treatment Tb test clear last year HRCT patchy consolidation with atelectatic changes and minimal pleural effusion. kindly suggest what next step should be taken, any best pulmonologist in jhelum, rwp or islamabad tertiary care facility.
