Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Coughing, Scoliosis
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Khi
I have severe scoliosis. Every winter I get a bad cough that starts dry and later becomes cough with phlegm. It lasts 3–4 weeks, causes extreme rib and chest pain, and feels better for some time when I change position.
I have tried antibiotics, cough syrups, and allergy medicines, but nothing helps. This happens every year.
Could this cough be related to scoliosis affecting the lungs or cough variant asthma?? Should I see a pulmonologist or try inhaler treatment?
