Asking for Wife, Male, 26 years old, Karachi
She was Diagnosed With Chest Infection Almost 6Months earlier in Gilgit. Docto Thought it to be Tb so she was taking TB Medication for last 6 months but no improvement in X-ray. Nowadays she is in Karachi consulting with Dr. Muhammad Irfan Sahab. Doctor Irfan Sahab gave her Medication for 4 months considering it to be Fungal Infection. Now, She is taking Cap Icon 100 Mg . Is there anything to worry about?
This is sequale of old TB / ABPA.Now it is Bronchiectasis. Advised Serum IgE level. then Will plan further treatment.
I am more concerned about the patient's symptoms rather than her chest radiographs. Tell me about her symptoms in detail and do post x rays for my proper opinion.

Sir she never had any serious symptoms except she lost almost 7 kg with minor cough and yeah breathing issues with increased heart rate
Nowadays she is getting better with cough and breathing and she is facing breathing issues while walking. Her weight is not getting up quickly she was 35 now she is 36

Mixed infection should be considered.
And accordingly treatment be planned, also giving emphasis on symptoms

Looks your wife getting proper treatment... I do agree with Fungal infection CT scan favors that diagnosis. Stick to the advice by dr irfan for duration and dose of antifungal
