Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Lung Infection

She is having the problem for almost 7 months. At start she took TB medications for 6 months still taking but after checking from AKU it was not TB. Now she is taking ICON 100mg for almost 40 days but no improvemnt her weight is not getting up she is feeling breathing issues really worried. Today I checked her from shifa hospital Islamabad doctor said no fungal infection and changed the prescription. Please need sincere suggestion I am really worried. I am sharin files here

It is difficult to comment without patients CT scan and obviously patient x ray report is showing infection,which can be treated with she is diabetic,it should be well patient has to visit and describe her own IgE levels scan is mandatory.
