first It doesnt look COPD . It is bronchiectasis and the reason behind should b ruled out so further damage can be halted. In this situation no surgical intervention can be done. Pain is due to respiratory discomfort. you can use nuberol fort safely, visit any Pulmonologist urgently

COPD is rare in females. As majority of patients who suffer from COPD are smokers. other causes are there but rara so contact a pulmonologist
For how long she is unwell. Is she Diabetic. Previous history of Tb. Or is she diagnosed as COVID-19 Pt??

No previous history no T B only diagnosed in 2019 double lungs pneumonia

copd is rare in females but if she is exposed to biomass ..then may be . if loss of weight is there kindly rule other causes also.
better to get investigated by pulmonologist.
how is the productivity of sputum? shortness of breath? how much wt. loss in how many months? fever?? .....
