i am having heaviness in chest and sudden pain on left side lower my breast and also sudden pain at back, heavy breathing also and yesterday i carried a dispenser bottle to put on dispenser since then i am having difficulty
its may be muscular pain, but to exclude another cause need ECG

As a general rule , chest pain from jaws to umbilical region,with radiation to back and arms and difficulty in breathing or excessive sweating , should always be investigated as cardiac pain
