Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Shortness Of Breath, Chest Heaviness

I have gastritis and duedonem from last 9 months and I am controlling it through diet restrictions. I got shortness of breath and chest heaviness on and off which I was thinking due to stomach problem. but now from last one month I have continuously this problem. chest heaviness, shortness of breath, shoulder blade pain, fatigue. my heart test came normal 4 month ago. but this chest xray recently show lungs problem. I got specialist appointment at the end of February it's difficult to get any appointment urgent here in Australia. is it asthma or something else, should I use inhaler or what to do. can acid reflux cause this problem.
