I have been diagnosed with pleural TB 4 months back, after i developed a large pleural effusion, currently taking ATT, in 4rth month of treatment, i have recently noticed an enlarged lymph node in my neck, is it a sign of my disease progressing, should i be worried, i dont have any other symptom, no difficulty in breathing and fever etc, i havent missed my medication as well, my chest xray done a month ago was clear,

enlargement of lymph node during treatment (att) does not mean treatment is not successful.. lymph node can increase in size despite successful treatment..
however do mention if there is any associated throat pain . sore throat
and att dose is right dose
