I am 24 years old a girl. My Weight increases day by day.....Asthma affects me 8 months ago....and at that time my weight is 49 kg with height 5'3ft.....but now my weight increases from 49 to 58....I got double chin and my belly become big.....I want to decrease my weight...But when I do exercise and affects on my breathing and cause high wheezing.....So please kindly tell me what I can do...how I can decrease my weight with asthma.....and how I control my asthma symptoms.
