I am 24 years old a girl. My Weight increases day by affects me 8 months at that time my weight is 49 kg with height 5' now my weight increases from 49 to 58....I got double chin and my belly become big.....I want to decrease my when I do exercise and affects on my breathing and cause high please kindly tell me what I can I can decrease my weight with how I control my asthma symptoms.
