Talk to Rheumatologist on Ankylosing Spondylitis

Hi, I am 29, Dr saera, hope you are well,
2 years you diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis with MRI and bloodworks. However the treatment option you gave me were biologics and that overwhelmed me thats why I never showed up again. because I already have a weakened immune system and the whole process would have interfered with my daily business life. I have been surviving on pain killers such as celbexx but thats harmful as well, can you please tell me if JAK Inhibitors are an option as well.

Yes, JAK inhibitors like Tofacitinib and Updacitinib are options. You will need screening tests and make you sure you do not cardiovascular disease/and or risk factors.
