I have severe infection in my eye (redness blur vision). My eye specialist doctor recommends me HLA B27 Which is positive(Detected). Now my doctor refers me for rhemotologist for MRI. can i go for MRI or not. Because i have no other signs or no other problem...
Red eye is due to uveitis and that is likely due to spondyloarthritis , but need to check your other eye and back pain , you need to visit a rheumatologist on urgent basis
