I have been having pains in my bones since some months, specially in my ankle toes, fingers and chalne me I feel left wala knee utar jaega. ajkal shopping zyada horhi to walk krna par rha hy as my wedding is planned in 2 months to ankle aur Uske peechay bone me dard rehta hy Jo massage se b theek nhi horha hy. pls guide what to do
