Talk to Rheumatologist on Rhematoide Arthritus

I ma suffering from Rhematoide Arthritus from last 20 years,Drs advised me total hip replacements,I have done hip replecement of my left leg but not right one is in a lot of pain, bcz of my job i could not attend any doctor,but i want some sufgestion for the cure of pain,ig ia severe pain,i cannot even walk properly,when i walk my hip joint gives some cracking help
