Talk to Rheumatologist on Uric Acid

Aslam o alaikum, Docters kindly advise my uric acid was 7.1 a month ago and yesterday it came 7.5, I don’t have any gout or pain in any joint, please advise do i need any treatment or need any attention on it. 2ndly in last 6 months i feel 2 time sharp pain in kidney for short time only not more than hours and that time I wasn’t drink water enough, what is your advise on this as well. ?thank you
