i am suffering from severe premature ejaculation, and penile hypersensitivity... i can't even intercourse in fact my penis discharge on just one just... i'm suffering with this from last ten facing joint joint pains or every joint of knee, elbow, shoulder, and finger joints.... also suffering from hemifacial spasm, facial and cervical distonia.... which doctor i should have to choose neuro, urologist, orthopedician ???

brother for your P.E its better to consult sexologist, its crucial to diagnose first the cause of your such sever premature ejaculation. once cause is diagnosed treatment is the 2nd step. and for joint pain and rest of the things better to visit ortho. these three problems are not interlinked. better to visit them separately.

did they run hormonal tests? what about stress tolerance test? you can have a trial with their meds. if still no response. then you can visit my clinic. i believe untill properly diagnosed taking anything is not a wise decisuon.

You are having mix symptoms of different types of diseases. you need to be investigated properly to diagnose this syndrome or disease. so better take time for physical consultation through Marham. otherwise you need to go to different specialists
