Talk to Sexologist on Delayed Liquefaction
Asking for Self, Male, 35 years old, JEddah
I need advice regarding male fertility. My semen analysis shows normal sperm count, motility, and morphology, but delayed liquefaction. My semen is very sticky and stringy and takes around an hour or longer to become watery. This has been happening since 2025.
I do not have any pain. My wife and I are trying to conceive.
Could you please advise what may be causing the delayed liquefaction, whether further tests or treatment are needed, and whether it could affect our chances of conception?
