Talk to Sexologist on Dribbling Semen Drops From Penis

Hi Doctors, I'm 2nd year MBBS student and I belong to a typical family. Everyone in my family call me a doctor and frequently ask about meds and their health issues. He said, " I'm having a problem since I got married. Whenever me and my partner are about to be intimate, even when we have romantic talk, hold hands or hug, transparent semen drops start dribbling from my penis. I don't feel it normal if just holding hands or romantic convo stimulate it.
