Talk to Sexologist on Erectile Dysfunction

I am a 25-year-old male and have been experiencing erectile dysfunction and low libido for about the past year.

My symptoms include:

* Very low sexual desire. * Erection occurs but often disappears before penetration, during intercourse, or within a few seconds. * I still get morning erections sometimes, and they are usually very hard. * While watching pornography, I can usually get an erection, but with my wife it is difficult to maintain one. * I have one child, and previously two year before I can 3-4 times sex easily in week * Constant fatigue, low energy, poor stamina, body aches, and leg pain. * I sleep 10–12 hours but still wake up feeling tired.

Can you please advice? Every doctor is selling his own medicines which i can’t afford or want to purchase… any doctor who can recommend medicine ( that i can buy from any pharmacy) to cure this permanently instead of temporary solutions??
