Dr meri age 20 ha. Mujhay erection aati ha but aik issue ha. Mein jab standing position ya sitting position mein hota hun uss waqt erection theek hoti ha. But jab mein leta hun (seedha) tou uss waqt erection soft hoti ha aur glans bhi soft hona start ho jata ha. Ya jab mein legs close kr ke leton tab erection theek Ata ha aur jab mein open krta hoon legs erection phir soft ho jati ha.
Kya ye veno occlusive erectile dysfunction ha??. Mene pichle kuch time mein excessive masturbation bhi ki thi. Kya mujhay physical problem aa gya ha?? Ab mujhay kya krna chahye??
