I feel like I have a developmental issue or hormonal Imbalance because my penis and testicles remain are very small in every condition that even I cant feel I have or not.
Due to being ashamed of that thing I didn't went to any doctor for check-up. Now I'm feeling too much depressed because of this taking antidepressants not able to sleep since 1 month and the thoughts of being abnormal are forcing me to suicide.
is here anyone who can give any guidance I'll be very thankful because I can't reveal myself I'm afraid of this.

I have frequent nightfall for 10 years like 10-15 times a month and because of this I feel like I have no control on urination sometimes urine came out even if I don't want and bladder does not empty completely at first urine came out with pressure after that it keeps coming drop by drop otherwise I have to push it out if I stay on toilet for 10 minutes urine still keep coming.I think due to this I have severe back pain problem also. I'm 26 years old.

excessive nightfall 10-15 times a month or sometime even more from last 8 years can be the reason my Male Genitals look like a kid during flacid state like not even 1 inch and even when erect maybe 4 or less
