asalam o alaikum mujhe last year 2024 july me lest testis pain huwa tha jis ki wajah se na me beth sakhta tha na chal phir periodic pain tha phir dr ke pas gaya unho ne kuch medicine prescribe ki pain to khatam huwa magar left side bladder and left testicle area ab bi sooja huwa hai bohot se drs ke pas gaya hu mgar wo swelling and heaviness khatam nahi horahi hai with mild pain and heaviness
always put on underwear to support the testicles and go for scrotal ultrasound and send it to me may be you have varicocele. then i can treat it after visualize the ultrasound
