Talk to Sexologist on Long Term PE Problem

I have long term PE problem which i realized in my early teenage through masturbation now i am 27 and going to marry in 15 days. i ejaculate in 15-30 seconds through masturbation even in slow pace i tried stop, squeeze every method to delay ejaculation but didn't work any of them but in my late teenage i got anxiety issue so after consulting doc i started taking ssris which also increase ejaculation timing and gave me full of controll on my ejaculation and i can say when i was taking ssris i was able control my ejaculation as long as i want. So please suggest me is there any cure of it except taking ssris or topical sprays.
