Talk to Sexologist on Low Sperm Count And Low Motility

hello all i have low sperm count below than threshold in siemen report along with only 2 percent motility . After it, in scrotum altrasound, bilateral vericoceal has been diagnosed..the urologist has advised surgery of both sides. is there any other option except surgery? Moreover pls let me know, will the surgery bring desired results?

If vericoceal is moderate or more , surgery is a good choice. Some other methods are also available if you you are not willing they can be tried
Even after surgery we may expect good results along with medication
For varicocele, you should go with surgery and for problems with sperm count, medicines will hepl.
surgery is good option but you should take medicines before surgery at least 1 month
