Talk to Sexologist on Moles Or Skin Tags On Private Part

I have noticed some small growths, bumps, or pimples on my private area. They appear as tiny skin-colored or slightly raised bumps. They are not painful but some time they are when i do erection, but I am concerned about their cause and whether they need treatment.I am unsure if these are skin tags, genital warts, Fordyce spots, or something else. They have been present for some time about 6,7 months but i never noticed them before, and I would like to know if they are harmless or if I need medical treatment.
