Talk to Sexologist on No Orgasm/Ejaculation

Hi, I am unable to achieve orgasm while awake. I have experienced it multiple times during wet dreams while sleeping but I am unable to maintain erection, achieve orgasm as well as ejaculate while I am awake. I am unmarried and my only source of arousal is sexual thoughts or watching such content. I think it was only once that I was able to achieve ejaculation a few years back (still not so sure if it was semen or just a pre-cum). Why am I unable to ejaculate semen but able to release pre-cum? Do you think its a psychological issue? Is is a treat-able issue?
