Talk to Sexologist on Nocturnal Emission (Nightfall)

"Dear Doctor,

I'm experiencing a concern regarding my reproductive health. Specifically, I've noticed that I haven't had a nocturnal emission (nightfall) in approximately 4-5 years. I'm 25 years old and have been experiencing this issue consistently.

Additionally, I have a pre-existing condition of bilateral varicocele, which I'm wondering might be related to my lack of nightfall.
