Dear doctors Mera aik Thora different issue ha. Mujhay jis waqt erection aati ha uss waqt penis ka glans soft rehta ha.. Jab mein betha hota hun ya standing position mein hota hoon uss waqt glans hard hota ha. But if mein leit jata hoon ya apni taangen khol kr bethta hoon. Uss waqt glans soft ho jata ha....... You kya ye mujhay koi physical issue ha ya position dependent erectile dysfunction hogya ha.... Wese erection mujhay theek aati ha.
