Talk to Sexologist on Penis Issue

hello im 29 , i have premature ejaculation problem even hardly inn15 sec some time i use delay spray .plus , sometime my eriction is very good but some time i only get ericted as long as im touching by hand . plus i ve bannana shaped penis , in morning whn im not ericted my penis looks little more tight from canter . i checked my self at medicare hospital by dr aslam i think , but after all these reports and all he ask for doppler effect test . after then i nver visit him again . kindly and urologist or sexolpgist can help me out ? n i feel my size is not good as it was before
