Talk to Sexologist on Porn Addiction , Madturbation, Sadomasochism

I have been porn addict since 8 years .I musturbated a lot watching porn.I was not aware of its dangers and that it is haram in Islam. Then this converted to a sexual sadism or Sadomasochism disorder in which I felt sexual pleasure by watching others in pain or BDSM etc. I have tried a lot but can't give up this bad habit.. How can i quit this bad habit?? I have become very weak and have lack of confidence, socially isolated...
