Talk to Sexologist on Positive Vericoceal With Low Siemen Report

hello all hope everyone is doing well i have recently analysed my Siemen sample from IDC lab and it showed less sperm count and motility etc. Later on,i verified it from scrotum altrasound and it showed bilateral vericoceal with 2.8mm dialation. ( note : i never felt any pain)... After some days, i repeated the siemen test from agha khan and it showed improved parameters (only little issues in morphology) . then again, after some days, i repeated it from shifa international lab and it also showed poor report same like the IDC. Yesterday, i again got report from agha khan with same like the first report,means that overall situation is ok except morphology. My urologist is confused whether to go for surgery or not because agha khan report is showing improved indicators. What should be done now? Any sincere suggestions?

but aku labs also show issue of morphology and lower rapid linear professional. what should be done ?
